Accredited Behaviour programmes underpin much of the offending behaviour focussed work undertaken in both Prison and Probation settings. The aim of this work is to deliver a consistent set of activities, exercises and discussion in a group setting which will challenge and amend attitudes, beliefs and offending behaviour.

Programme Tutors co-lead the delivery of the accredited programmes and therefore require good skills in managing group dynamics. Consistency and quality of programme delivery is paramount therefore tutors are trained in the delivery of their specific programme. Sessions are videoed to assist in the continued professional development.

Programme tutors write summary reports and liaise with Offender Managers in relation to an offender's progress and attendance on the programme.
