Community Payback (Unpaid Work/Community Punishment) is a court sentence which requires an offender to make reparation to the community for their offending by completing unpaid work for set number of hours.

Case Managers are responsible for developing appropriate work placements and projects for offenders to undertake and for overseeing the management of offenders on UPW, including taking enforcement action where appropriate.
