When an offender breaches a community order, usually by failing to keep appointments or through inappropriate behaviour whilst attending a requirement, the Offender Manager has to ensure that the offender is taken back to court to answer for their breach. An LPO/ BPO will assist the Offender Manager by preparing papers for Court and presenting the evidence of breach to the Court.
