Work With Offenders - The Choices
The role of an ETE officer is to enable clients to maximise their educational, training and employment potential through engagement with clients and the delivery of the Skills for Work Programme either 1:1 or in groups. The completion of post programme reports for each client is also required.
Applicants need to have experience in working with individuals and groups, to change or develop behaviour and have a working knowledge and experience of ETE, or motivating people to find employment.
